My research area focuses on the sedimentary response to climate change in continental environments since the Last Glacial Maximum and the emergence of the human impacts on lakes and fluvial geosystems. The tools used are those of the sedimentological analysis (petro-physical characterization of sediments, mineral and organic geochemistry) linked with archaeological data. Paleolimnological studies were developed for twenty years in France (Jura Mountains), Mexico, Africa and Greenland.
